Ashley graduated from the By The Moon Institute in Belleville, Ontario, in Reflexology in September of 2024.
Ashley is empathetic and caring. When she’s not working, she enjoys being in nature or relaxing indoors under a warm blanket with a hot cup of tea.
Ashley’s knowledge and skills in esthetics, skin care, and pedicures inspired her to become a reflexologist. She prides herself on understanding how important relaxation and healing are for the body.
Ashley’s reflexology practice focuses on preventative therapy, including pain relief, induced relaxation, and the promotion of sleep by applying pressure massage techniques and hot stones during her treatments.
