- 48-hours notice is required for new patients to cancel.
- 24-hours notice for returning customers is required to cancel.
- 72 hours notice is required to cancel a Spa Package for any customer.
- Credit Card information will be required if booking for 2 services, or for any service for 2 or more people.
Please understand that you will be charged 50% of each service price if you change your appointment without the minimum notice.
Persons that do not arrive for their appointment or call to cancel services will be charged 100% of those services.
Spa packages and group bookings booked on Saturdays require 5 business days for cancellations.
